Les Vins Pirouettes was started by Alsatian natural winemaker, Christian Binner (of Domaine Binner), as a way to offer affordable natural wines while also helping organic and biodynamic wine growers keep their grapes and produce wine – instead of selling them off to cooperatives. This is a mash up of all the aromatic whites: Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat. Full of lemon, green apple, and white flowers, it’s a fresh and fun wine – there’s a slight spritz to it when you first open it, too!
