Very dark purple. Quite intense, putty-like aroma. Soft and sweet, for early drinking. Very gently handled. Friendly even without real punch. (JR) (4/2013)

A bright cabernet, this wine is made from the younger vines at Lagrange. It has some green edges to its tannins, as well as some milk chocolate notes, mellowing the spicy finish of eucalyptus, anise and clove. (10/2016)
