The Cuvée Riche from A.R. Lenoble is a semi-dry champagne, that is to say that it is sweeter than traditional champagnes.

It is a cuvée made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. A small part (8%) was vinified under wood to give more body to this champagne.

The dosage of the Cuvée Riche is important (32g of sugar per liter) in order to offer a round and coated cuvée.

It is a champagne that has a sustained, intense and shiny gold color. The foam is dense and airy.

On the nose, the Riche cuvée offers notes of white fruit and yellow fruit that then evolve into aromas of dried fruit and pastry.

On the palate, it is a wine that offers rich and ample aromas. The balance is amazing.

The Riche cuvée from A.R. Lenoble will find a particular resonance on sweet and savory dishes, a fine pear pie or a goat with figs.
