Producer Description
Le Rosé is sourced from a selection of the best lots of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. All grapes were harvested earlier in the season to keep high level of acidity and a fresh fruit expression.
Clean and pale pink color, with salmon shades. Elegant and delicate nose of red fruit aromas such as strawberry and sweet cucumber along with subtle herbal notes. Refreshing, light with nice acidity, mouth feel with a long-lasting finish.
Serve ideally with aperitif, fresh salads, fish and seafood. Will also do well with bittersweet and spicy dishes such as ricotta cheese and chives empanadas and Turkish apricot with bacon.

A pure and gastronomic rosé with freshly cut grapefruit, nectarines and a bit of white cherries. Pure and bone-dry on the palate with a medium body. Subtle and very textured.
Vinous: 92 Points
The 2022 Le Rosé from Apalta, Colchagua, is made in a Provençal style. Onion skin pink in the glass. The nose presents notes of sweet and sour cherry, strawberry, white peach, rose petal and hints of herbs. Dry and vibrant in the mouth with malic freshness, the flavors linger at length before the peachy finish.
