WILLIAMS
The Laherte family farms organically, working with parcels in Coteaux Sud d’Epernay, Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. This wine is 100 percent pinot meunier, with the variety’s pretty strawberry-pink notes and crunchy herbal tones. The bubbles and those herbal tones combine in a fresh flavor, driving the red fruit long into the finish. This is tight, clean and very dry, a lovely take on meunier.
