Our Riserva comes from the old vineyard dominated by the monumental Green Oak of Tassarolo. Harvested by hand and vinified in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature, it rests for at least twelve months in concrete and for another six months it is refined in the bottle. Straw yellow in color, the old vines and aging give it intense flavor and persistence, without losing the characteristic freshness and cleanliness typical of our Gavi.
