WILLIAMS
L'Oeil-de-Perdrix, a specialty from the canton of Neuchâtel, is in fact a Pinot Noir rosé whose name refers to the color of the bird. Not having been protected when it was created, the name “Oeil de Perdrix” quickly spread elsewhere in Switzerland and is now found almost everywhere in French-speaking Switzerland. This wine, from the Domaine de la Maison Carrée is an example of balance and power, a real summer pleasure.
