WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: light red with ruby sparks. Nose: warm and fruity bouquet, with a dried rose petals scents and blackberries and blueberries aromas
Taste: full bodied, chewy and rich with dusty tannins andjuicy yet elegant finish.
Storage: 10 years or more, depending on the vintage; it is therefore recommended to store the bottles lying down in a dry place at a cool temperature.
Serving temperature: 16/18° C.
Pairing foods: ideal with risotto and polenta dishes, grilled meat, medium and aged cheeses, small pastry and chocolate.
