Kumpf & Meyer Infrarouge Pinot Noir is a natty Alsatian red full of bright and tart red berries, aromatic herbs, and funky earth on a light, electric palate. Biodynamic viticulture, hand harvest. 15-day maceration with 80% left as whole clusters and 20% destemmed, aged in stainless steel and large oak barrels. No fining, filtration, or sulfur additions.
