Tasting Notes
Glinting straw in color with starlight hues. On the nose, it offers captivating aromas of lemon zest, pink grapefruit, and passion fruit with underlying lemon oil and peach nuances from the Sémillon. The palate is taut, expressive, and beautifully textured – very distinct from most modern Napa Valley Sauvignon Blancs. Gorgeous fresh citrus fruits and a creamy texture dominate the back palate, leading to a rounded and balanced finish. Ideal serving temperature: 53-55°F.
