Produced from selected Xinomavro vines older than 40 years, cultivated with organic and biodynamic methods. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with the traditional method of Champagne (méthode traditionnelle)
Yellow straw color in the glass with countless, persistent, fine bubbles.
Absolutely elegant nose, with fine aromas of citrus and stone fruit accompanied by autolytic yeast aromas, toasted bread and hazelnut.
Creamy mouth, rich, with refreshing, persistent foaming. Combined with the noticeable acidity it adds unique freshness in the mouth. Fruits and yeasts win the palate and remain in the fresh, long-lasting aftertaste.
