Another serious take on a supposedly "un-serious" wine. 2 teams of 10-12 people spend all day picking 5 different sites. At night they throw the grapes in the press where they macerate for 12 hours before a long slow press. The result is very delicate, nectarine tinged, floral imbued happiness in a bottle.
