WILLIAMS
A natural wine made from 100% Parellada grapes farmed biodynamically. The fruit was gently crushed into stainless steel tank where it macerated on its skins for a week before being pressed off and moved to an underground 150-year-old 800-liter amphora from a Miravet ceramicist who sources from la Mancha. The wine is bottled, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. Complex wine, ripe white fruit on the nose, bruised apple, orange peel; supple palate with citrus on the finish.
