The velvety and balanced weave of white flowers, specific to the Sauvignon Blanc variety, and rose petals, from which spring springs fully, gives rise to a complex bouquet, which gradually develops. A first sip with subtle sweet touches then evolves into a slightly bitter taste, characteristic of Traminer, so that in the end it will envelop you with aromas of peach, melon and apricot. The tartaric and malic acid typical of the Sauvignon Blanc variety in this area give the impression of spices, giving the mixture a charming aromatic complexity.
