PLANT
Half the fruit was fermented in stainless steel, the other half neutral oak barrels. After fermentation it rested for 10 months in neutral oak barrels. All that produces a medium-bodied red with notes of black currant, stewed plum and blackberry flavors and a hint of mint. Notes of smoke and forest floor emerge on the long, layered finish. This is your everyday Cabernet waiting to happen!
