Chenin Blanc is a variety which is doing exceedingly well in McLaren Vale when grown sensitively and handled gently like this lovely example from James Erskine.

The great thing about Chenin Blanc is its ability to maintain freshness and acidity, even in a warmer climate like McLaren Vale.
