The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from Jarvis' hillside vineyards after a growing season marked by late spring rain during bloom that interrupted the normal flowering process. The result was extremely low yields of fruit that led to a notably poignant expression of a truly varietal correct wine. It is saturated in a deep garnet color, and the nose presents notes of cherry, blackberry, and pepper. Great acidity with polished tannins and complexity, the palate is delighted by dark red fruit flavors and a smooth, balanced finish.
