Tasting Notes
An aromatic bouquet of fresh cut hay, stone fruit, and lime zest. Beautifully balanced with a fine and focused acidity reminiscent of Chablis. Powerful yet elegant, this wine finishes with chalk, dusty stone, and yellow flowers.

Serve with shellfish such as scallops or shrimp, vegetables such as sweet corn or roasted potatoes, or creamy pasta dishes.
