Vineyards: This Txakoli is made with HONDARRABI ZURI from a second-maturity plot, located in Gernika and Mungia.
Elaboration: Carbonic maceration with whole bunch during 15 days and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in truncated conical stainless steel tank. With it transmits with personality the rustic and wild character of the Hondarrabi Zuri.
