Winemaker Notes
Pale straw color. A rich, floral and fruity nose includes nectarine, peach and mouth-watering citrus aromas. Complex flavors include nectarine and green mango, with tangy lemon and lemon zest acidity on the long finish. Pair with foods that are light in weight but forward in flavor.
Delicious with seafood, especially oysters or grilled fish tacos with a squeeze of lime; Greek-style salad, Caesar salad, or nectarines with prosciutto. Great on a warm day with a view of the sea!
