The Convivial Tempranillo is a blend of two vineyards, Zenith Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, and Three Mile Vineyard in the Columbia Gorge. Each vineyard was fermented separately, using carbonic maceration, then foot treaded. We combined the wines from both vineyards into a stainless steel tank where it completed fermentation and malolactic. Aged for 5 months before bottling.
