Sweet peaches, fresh melon. Soft and fruity, with fluffy creme and summer peaches on a refreshing and well defined, mineral-touched palate. Gaspard is a house label of legendary natural wine importer, Jenny & François. All of their wines are made with traditional low-intervention methods, from sustainable and organic vineyards, fermented with native yeasts to express the essence of the land. “Gaspard” is a traditional French boy’s name that means “bringer of treasure” – a perfect description for the friendly, naturally made Sauvignon Blanc brought to us by Jenny Lefcourt.
