Alpino Macerato by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-trained vineyards. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is refermented in the bottle with the addition of only indigenous yeasts. No sulfur is added and the lunar cycles are followed for decanting. It's not filtered. A sparkling wine that gives the nose aromas of ripe fruit and Alpine herbs. On the palate it is notable for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyment.
