A lighter style of amaro with an alcohol level on par with apertivos such as Aperol or Cocchi Americano. A blend of wine from Cantina Furlani creates the base which is infused with blood orange, rhubarb, wormwood and gentian as well as various alpine herbs. Both the fruit and bitter notes of rhubarb shine through while enjoying this before or after a meal!
