VINEA
The Prosecco Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Superiore is made from 100% Glera grown in San Pietro di Feletto. In the glass, the wine shows a light lemon color with a small, steady stream of tiny bubbles. The nose is wonderfully expressive with aromas of fresh pear, raw quince, persimmon and white flowers. As a Brut Prosecco, the wine is dry, with an energetic acidity that provides a long runway for all the ripe, fresh fruit flavors to flow across as they cascade into a refreshing, lip-smacking finish. An ideal aperitif, there is also enough concentration to enjoy with a Honeycrisp salad, light hors d’oeuvres or simple, elegant seafood dishes.
