The vineyard that gives this symbolic wine of Tuscany is composed of Sangiovese 90% Canaiolo 5% Colorino 5% where the old vineyards son 1970 to the youngest planted in '96 and '98 at 400 meters above sea level in clay and marl soils.
The contact with the skins is long and can last up to a month and then finish one part in cement and one part in oak tonneau. Aging in cement and wood for an additional year and then bottling. A wine emblematic of elegance, juiciness sanguine and fruity sensations at the same time that can give itself in an evolutionary way over time, excellent wine to accompany grilled meat dishes.
