This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Foretell is Excellent. It opens with an attractive light strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, silky and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black raspberry with notes of gentle minerality. Hints of strawberry, plum and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild acidity linger nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair nicely with grilled salmon.
Cranberry, raspberry and red cherry with allspice, caramel and anise. The delicate and bright fruit greets you elegantly on the palate with the purity and balance lingering on the finish.
