The Pinot Noir grapes for Fog & Light were sourced from estate vineyards in northern Monterey County, where the cool marine fog and brisk winds allow the intricate fruit flavors to develop while preserving crucial acidity. All of the grapes for were meticulously grown on sustainably certified estate vineyards with the use of the best practices in the industry. Our farming and winemaking techniques combine the traditional with modern-day enhancements. Foremost in our thinking is allowing the full expression of the vineyard and the essential character of the variety to shine through in the wine.

Our Fog & Light Cabernet is as tantalizing as its name. Aromas of blackberry, elderberry and plum meet dense ripe black fruit flavors with hints of tobacco and cedar. Full-bodied and structured, the integrated tannins lead into a smooth and savory finish. This wine can be enjoyed today, or cellared for a special occasion.

The Paso Robles appellation is located in the heart of California's Central Coast, midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Paso's exceptional climate is heavily influenced by the surrounding mountain ranges and cooling proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Morning fog makes way for abundant sunshine in the afternoon, followed by the return of fog pushing inland at night, an elegant daily dance.
