Sharp acidity, vividness and bright fruit are the main protagonists in this exceptionally expressive and fully natural Barbera from Piedmont’s Monferrato. Hailing from a blend of the best grapes of a number of vineyards nearby the village of Montemagno, it sees only wild fermentation, no fining or filtration and no hint of added SO2. It dances with sharp and incisive notes of fresh goji berries, smoked rhubarb and dark spices.
