This is a Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling wine produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc coming from the region of Cassis. The sparkling wine can't be classified as Cassis AOC as the AOC is strictly for still White, Rosé and Red.
The wine displays fine bubbles, crisp and delicate aromas of citrus fruit zest, lime, stone fruits.
Domaine de la Ferme Blanche has been in the family since 1714. It is currently managed by François Paret and his daughter Jérômine.
The estate spreads over 30 hectares of vines located on hillisides facing the Mediterranean sea on the Cassis bay. The vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate with smooth temperatures all year long, little rain and sea mist providing good hygrometry to the vines.
