Juicy kiwi, fresh lemon and zesty grapefruit come together to make up the nose on this unexpected version of Gewürztraminer. It is anything but ordinary, with bright and crisp flavors of tart pear and lime. It is pleasantly dry, but not overly so, and the very faint finish of smoke adds complexity. Try with a variety of sushi and sashimi, or white sauce pizza.
