The Sir Passo was born from the desire to experiment with new flavors, new aromas and new scents able to surprise and amaze from the first taste. It is a wine with an intense red color characterized by unique, very strong and decisive aromas, which are close to those of ripe red fruits such as cherry and black cherry. The taste is velvety and does not attack the palate, leaving a pleasant softness that makes it suitable for accompanying savory first courses and second courses based on red meats and game.
