Tasting Notes: Yarra Valley cabernet sauvignon, when done well, is a beautiful thing! This is a very pure and delightful example with ‘pitch perfect’ ripeness, a result no doubt of the combination of the season and the use of a sorting table, which ensures that no undesirable berries go into the ferment. As a result, there are lilting, vibrant red fruits on the nose and a fine, medium-bodied palate. A sheer joy to drink as it has such
incredible flavour.
