Our vineyard for white Châteauneuf-du-Pape is situated on plateau of "La Crau Sud" and "Le Petit Serres", on rolled pebbles.
Picked and sorted by hand, the grapes are pressed immediatly in order to free juice contained in the berry. Then the fermentation starts at low temperature (16/18°C). Wines are aged with lees stirring in stainless still vats to bring volume.
2022 vintage:
Bright pale yellow with light green tints - Intense and complex nose with notes of honey, white flowers, fruit in syrup, marshmallow and ending on citrus fragrance - Full and refreshing mouth on aromas of flowers, citrus and pear in syrup with a nice minerality in the background - Long lasting finish.
