This pink, semi-dry bubbly was made by spontaneous fermentation, otherwise known as methode ancestrale. This one is so delicious and fun to drink, with a distinctly, grapy aroma and a fruitiness that calls out for celebration and jubilation.
"Reddish amber color. Delicate, fruity, floral aromas and flavors of baked cherries, mulberries, and geranium with a supple, tart, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, interesting, breezy cranberry compote, raspberries, chalk, and nutskin finish with fine, crunchy, fruit tannins. A crisp, refreshing French sparkler."
