Light and elegant with fruity notes, this traditional cuvée is a real crowd pleaser. A wonderful balance of redcurrants, earth, cloves with a touch of fresh liquorice. 100% Cabernet Franc which is vinified in stainless steel vats, to maintain fresh fruit flavours, before it’s aged for six months in old oak to add texture.
