This cuvée is made from family vines, a 100% Cabernet Franc laid on clay-limestone soils. The estate's plots express all the richness and nobility of the Saumur Champigny terroir, thanks to the nobility of its soils. The first nose of this Saumur-Champigny expresses all the quintessence of the appellation sublimated by the house style, more and more racy vintage after vintage. The first nose evokes vegetal notes, fresh green pepper and fresh violet. The mouth is cut in half-body with a particularly juicy suppleness.
