Baking spice, apricot, ginger tie together with a subtle spritz and orange peel making this the perfect apertif. This also comes in a 500ml bottle making it the perfect bottle for one person.
Paleokerisio means old-fashioned, this wine revisits an older method of making sparkling wine. Mostly the local variety Debina with a small addition of the red grape Vlahiko that see skin contact before fermentation. This wine is from the mountains in Nothern Greece, so the cold weather halts the fermentation and when it resumes the bubbles are trapped in the bottle.
