Domaine Dupraz is a 7th generation estate in the Savoie run by Jeremy Dupraz. After taking the helm in 2011 Jeremy began to convert the property to organic farming and started to focus on crafting terroir specific wines. Les Terres Blanches is 100% Jacquere from a small vineyard of 30-year-old vines. The grapes are spontaneously fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 8 months with frequent lees stirring. This white is dry with restrained orchard fruit, fresh acidity, and just a slight hint of white pepper.
