Central Italian Sauvignon Blanc! Move over Marlborough. Gets a full 8 month maceration in tank. Things are dialled up here. I reckon more people should throw their Sauv onto skins, it'd solve a lot of problems. Ripe citrus fruit flows freely into exotic, passionfruit dominant areas. Pithy texture-wise, with that characteristic acidic bite. Tasty, very tasty. ABV: 11.5%
