Charme Spumante Brut: crystalline white wine with golden reflections, produced with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Merlot grapes. The wine is fermented with a long Charmat method.
A delicate bouquet with a hint of fruity and fragrant aromas. Fine, elegant with a typical taste, dry and sapid, slightly aromatic with a fine and persistent ‘perlage’ (bubbles).
Perfect as an appetizer, or with some fried fish from the lake, with zucchinis and eggplants.
