85% Nebbiolo and 15% Vespolina from a handful of tiny organic plots in the woods of Alto Piemonte planted in the 70s, all hand harvested and wild fermented, then aged for 2 years in large old Slavonian oak, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Beautiful mountain Nebbiolo that's light on its feet and energetic with wild forest berries, pine needles and earthy mushroom notes. Barolo's wild cousin from the mountains.
