From the foothills of the French Alps, heres a unique, very traditional wine that is organic/bio mostly Poulsard grapes from 100 year old vines, 80%, with the balance from 40 year old Gamay vines. Technically a pet nat, with native yeasts and no added sulfites, it is fun, refreshing and reminiscent of a strawberry soda.
