Love the Sauvignon Blanc typicity found in this expression with classic aromas and flavors of lemon, lime, green apple, chamomile blossom, wet stone minerality, cut grass and green capsicum, the latter of which gives it an appetizing quality. Enjoy this wine on its own or—my personal recommendation—with Hawaiian pizza.
