PLANT
The Flower and the Bee is a wine made with Sousón from the youngest vineyards located in the Gomariz valley. It is an expressive, fruity and agile wine. Lots of fruit on the nose, ripe red and black fruits, and fresh on the palate. Young wine that invites you to drink one glass after another.
The harvest is manual in 18 kilo boxes with grape selection in the winery. As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, they carry out a pre-fermentation cold maceration and then ferment with wild yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over and/or bazuqueos. It is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels and is finished refining in stainless steel tanks. It rests for at least a month in the bottle before going on the market.
