Lovely salmon pink color. A very delicate nose of strawberry and redcurrant fruit with floral undertones. There is a silky richness on the palate full of red berries balanced with a subtle bready texture. Very accessible. Will also develop nicely over time.
"The beautiful NV Brut Rose has a light rosé nose with a soft lemony freshness that is almost like strawberry lemonade. There is a clear line of citrus on the palate, with a lemon-lime center on the mid-palate. The finish is precise, zippy and focused. These bubbles have serious acidity for being grown in South Africa. - Anthony Mueller"
