Along with Pepe Raventos and Co, Manel Arinyo is making some of the most exciting sparkling wines not just in Spain but in the world. This is from a series of pet-nats he makes with his daughters. Muscat d'Alexandria is the grape here and one should excpect fruit loops, peach and white flowers with dime texture. Funky, unique, delicious!
