Chehalem INOX Unoaked Chardonnay is vibrant and crisp with delicate aromatics of white flowers, fresh honeycomb, and pink lady apples. The mid-palate delivers notes of stone fruit followed by a silky and balanced finish.
The old guard stainless steel Chardonnay of the Willamette Valley has shifted its fruit sources north to Washington state. Its Golden Delicious apple and Bosc pear aromas are joined by a trace of wet modeling clay. The same orchard fruit appears on the palate, along with flavors of lemon basil and pine-like sage
