This fine ripe, wood-aged wine is full of white fruits, rich apples and spice. Its toasty edge mingles with the wrought minerality and density.

Marzipan and some oak spices to the lime and green stone fruit. Good substance on the mid-palate with a hint of vanilla and a subtle grip at the end. Sauvignon blanc and semillon.
Vinous: 91 Points
The 2022 Cuvee Caroline is a textured, creamy white. Orchard fruit, white pepper, flowers, and a kiss of new French oak all grace this soft, open-knit dry white.
