Chateau St. Jean Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas or rich plum, cassis, dark toffee, nutmeg and cedar. Bold, full and round, the palate bursts with black cherry cobbler, cocoa nibs, fresh leather with a hint of anise. This wine is refined and age-worthy.
